Dominic Varrasso is the principal of Melbourne Commercial Lawyers a commercial law firm. Dominic established his law practice in 1976, initially as Varrasso & Co., Varrasso & Associates and now as Melbourne Commercial Lawyers.
Dominic is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) and has been in practice in his law firm for over 48 years as a Commercial Lawyer.
During his legal career, Dominic has worked as a sole practitioner, in addition to lecturing in law at a tertiary level, holding various directorship roles in various companies and managing a Litigation Funding product and advising corporations and an overseas government.
We act for individuals and small to medium-sized enterprises (SME), at all times striving for practical solutions and utilising resources in a cost-effective manner.
Dominic has a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Business (Accounting) from Deakin University and is a member of several professional organisations in addition to the LIV, including the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA).
Mrs Maria Varrasso, is the practice manager and legal executive. Maria is also a member of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) and is a Public Accountant and a registered Tax Agent.
Maria Varrasso holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Deakin University, majoring in Insurance, Commercial Law and Accounting. Maria manages the the taxation and accounting practice and the Managing Director of VarrassoAccounting.
